End-user license agreement

This agreement governs authorized internal use of Bookkeeper AI, software operated by Critz Labs LLC dba North Oak Ventures (“North Oak”). Bookkeeper AI is not offered as a public subscription service.
Permission to use the software
North Oak grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use Bookkeeper AI for approved internal bookkeeping. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software and ends when North Oak withdraws authorization.
Authorized records and accounts
Users may use the tool only for organizations and accounts they are authorized to manage. Users must keep sign-in credentials private and must not bypass access controls, access another organization’s records, or use the service for unlawful purposes. A QuickBooks company must be authorized by a person with the required permissions before its data can be accessed.
Accounting changes and review
Bookkeeper AI assists with bookkeeping, and its output requires review. Authorized users remain responsible for choosing the correct company, checking proposed changes, and confirming that records are complete and accurate. Automated or AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. The tool does not guarantee any tax treatment and does not replace review by the operator’s CPA or other professional adviser.
Third-party services
QuickBooks Online, bank-data access, hosting, authentication, database, and assisted-review services remain subject to their providers’ terms. Availability and access depend on those providers and on valid authorization. Bookkeeper AI is not an Intuit product and is not endorsed by Intuit.
Information handling
Our privacy policy explains how the service handles information. Users may provide only records they are authorized to share with the providers used in their workflow.
Availability and ending access
The software is provided as available for internal use, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. North Oak may change or suspend the software. Ending access or disconnecting a company does not automatically delete historical financial records or cancel a QuickBooks subscription.
